Y-Dot Airlines Flight 7666 was a scheduled passenger flight that departed, Oak Ridge International Airport on March 27, 2023, and crashed 2 hrs, 45 minutes after taking off. The plane struck the Mesa Department Of Taxation building killing 17 in the office, and 242 passengers onboard the aircraft. A statement made by a witness, says that "it appeared that the aircraft seemed to intentionally crash into the Mesa Tax Office, and moments before the crash the airplane appeared to bank sharply left towards the building. The Federal Investigation Service is currently working alongside the Jesstopian Aviation Safety Administration to ensure a full scale investigation is conducted.

Flight 7666 was scheduled to land at Ashland International Airport, before turning around and heading to Nox City International Airport. The flight was also scheduled to make a connection with another flight. The flight was also overbooked according to Y-Dot's Booking System.
Preliminary Evidence[]
Immediately following the arrival of emergency crews and aviation safety investigators, the two black boxes were successfully recovered and they were sent off the Noomsburg, North Lorray for decoding and to be properly processed. Investigators are currently sifting through thousands of parts of the destroyed building, and airplane. Investigators conclude that "both the Captain and First office were killed immediately upon impact, but several passengers were likely to have survived the crash, to die minutes later."
Following the crash, witness statements were obtained by the police and MHP troopers will remain on scene protecting the vulnerable aircraft parts and crime scene.
