Westley Bronson(August 13, 1985) is a Jesstopian businessman, lawyer and politician who currently serves as Hilson's Governor. He was elected the Governor on March 15, 2020. A member of the Nationalist Party, Bronson, worked with the Presidential Board Of Gubernatorial Affairs from April 20, 2018 - March 15, 2020, when he was elected Governor
Early Life[]
Westley Bronson was born August 13, 1985, was born in Grettasville, New Shire. He and his family moved to Hilson in 2002, and has remained there since. He has four brothers, and one sister, two dogs and it the third eldest child of Marco and Maria Bronson.
Governor Of Hilson(2020 - Present)[]
On March 15, 2020, Bronson was elected the 25 Governor, following his swift defeat of Republican David Joplin who was seeking to unseat the Nationalists from the Governor's Office. Since 2020, he has been a instrumental figure for the State's LGBTQ residents, He has issued strong pro-LGBTQ legislation including protections of transgender bathrooms, and the implementation of family restrooms in all commercial buildings.
First Term(2020-2022)[]
Housing[]
During his first term, Bronson reversed the "Free Housing Initiative", which was attributed to poor living conditions, and replaced it with housing prices less than 500/month. This resulted in the lowering of the homeless population as it stimulated cheap housing options for those who aren't able to afford their current living situation
Economic Policy[]
On March 20, 2020, just five days after assuming office, he signed the largest tax credit bill that would put money back into the pockets of millions of Hilsonites. The tax cut was extended on March 24, 2024. He issued a second tax cut for larger business, focusing on stimulating the economy. He also pressed the State legislature to end its wasteful spending, that he called "irresponsible," and "unacceptable."

Second Term(2022-2024)[]
Diversity, Equity And Inclusion[]
On June 5, 2022, Bronson signed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion bill that required all employers to ensure that they are hiring diversely, and not discriminating against those of non-white backgrounds. The law was passed on June 1, 2021, and did not arrive on his desk until a year later. The act has been criticized by Republican law makers and say they will seek to repeal the law, just 2 years after it was implemented.
Third Term(2024-Present)[]
Expanding Transgender Health Care[]
On March 15, 2024, Bronson was sworn in for a third term. During his first month, he signed a laundry list of new laws into act, and one of those new laws was the expansion of transgender healthcare programs. The programs include gender affirming care, including the removal of gender specific organs.
Expansion Of Abortion Programs[]
On July 2, 2024, Bronson expanded access to abortion healthcare programs. This includes aborting the child after 30 weeks. He also signed a stipulation that the healthcare provider must not disclose the abortion to states where abortion is currently illegal, which currently those states are Mesa, Acacia, Le Mont, Lorray, and Cameron. The State has, according to recent records, performed 82,355 abortion procedures. 1/4 of these abortions were conducted on residents of states where the procedure was illegal, and 2/3 of those procedures were required to prevent the death of the mother.
Judicial Reform[]
On March 15, 2024, Bronson proposed six new judicial reform bills. Two of these would provide law enforcement agencies with extended funding to establish specialized bureaus within their departments to act as outlets for preventing crime, and establishing programs to target illegal drugs, firearms and state-to-state human trafficking.
