Product Mart is a Jesstopian Retail Corporate Giant in Jesstopia. Product Mart is a chain of Supermarkets that sell everything from clothing to food, as well as camping and hunting equipment. The company is globally known and the company operates mainly in the United States Of Jesstopia. There are currently 8.5 Million Associates and Employees. The company started out as a mom and pop idea, but quickly grew into a corporate idea. Product Mart was formed, and the era of Corporate growth in Jesstopia began to change again. The company commenced operations on September 1, 1998.

History[]

Product Mart was founded on September 1, 1998, by Jeffery Predicott, a Jesstopian Businessman, Business Executive and Entrepreneur. Product Mart is the Largest Retail brand within the United States Of Jesstopia.

Ronald Chlabowy has served as the current Chief Executive Officer(CEO) Of Product Mart since October 1, 2021.

Product Mart Business Complex[]

Product Mart announced that its official headquarters collectively known as Product Mart Business Complex's construction would begin on May 14, 2021. Product Mart Chief Executive Officer John Mallone announced the plans on April 25, 2021.

Product Mart Business Complex will be the official center for Product Mart Holdings Inc's brand headquarters. The Complex will have over 55 buildings, each with its different uses. The project is estimated to be completed by the end of 2022[Citation Needed].

Construction and Cost[]

According to Product Mart, the Business Complex will cost J 48.9 Million, as of May 16, 2021. The complex's construction will be broken down into 4 phases, each lasting 6 months each[Citation Needed]. Product Mart will update the corporate website.

Delays Of Construction[]

Construction on Product Mart's Business Complex was halted on May 18, 2021 due to positive COVID-19 cases[1] were discovered by Jessy's Construction Co.

  • On November 16, 2022, Product Mart announced that it would begin mass layoffs as cyber attacks have crippled the distribution sector of its services. Product Mart offered severance packages, and according to the company, only 22% of employees accepted. It announced that it would begin laying off non-essential staff and employees.
  • On December 13, 2022, Product Mart announced that Fulfillment Centers would begin resuming operation as networks came back online. Distribution Center associates are being advised to return to work on January 5, 2023.[19]
  • On January 5, 2023, Product Mart announced that Fulfillment Center and Distribution Center associates and employees would be fully back to work by January 8, 2023. The company said that it was mandating a return to work.[20]
  • On January 24, 2023, Product Mart was named in a lawsuit, filed by Mesa Attorney General Brittany Martin, due to its handling of Layoffs after being attacked by cyber criminals. The AG's office will conduct a full investigation.[21]
  • On March 11, 2023, Product Mart announces the firing of its Chief Operations Officer, Joseph Richards, after child pornography was found on his computer, and genital pictures were sent to female coworkers. The company cut all ties with the former company executive.[22]
  • On March 13, 2023, Product Mart appoints Mark Garlow, its brand new Chief Operations Officer. His role begins on March 15, 2023.[23]
  • On July 15, 2023, Product Mart announces that its Board Of Directors and shareholders voted to end the Employee Education Fund(EEF) program. The program was discontinued in an effort for Product Mart to pay back its investors after November 2022's cyber attack.
  • On September 26, 2023, Product Mart announces that it will be ending employee attendance points starting June 1, 2024, as it continues struggling to find employees.
  • On February 3, 2024, Product Mart announced that it was closing stores in Alden, Mesa, to support the evacuation efforts of Mesa, and Governor Joshua Adamson, and announced that it would provide basic supplies including hygiene products, food, water, clothing to those who were forced out of their homes by the flooding and evacuation orders.
  • On June 18, 2024, Product Mart Stores Inc announces that Product Mart Chief Executive Officer Ronald Chlabowy will succeed Henry Burton as CEO Of Product Mart Stores Inc on October 25, 2025.[24]
  • On August 29, 2024, Product Mart announces that it will update its logo and launch the new logo in August of 2025. The company says it is "updating the existing logo to allow the company to modernize the look, feel and operation of the company."[25]
  • On October 1, 2024, Product Mart CEO Ronald Chlabowy reached his third year as the company's 5th Chief Executive Officer.[26]
