Parker N Heaton(September 2, 1965 - October 1, 2022) was a retired Jesstopian Politician, Lawyer and Author who served as the 18th Governor Of Mesa from November 18, 2014 - November 20, 2021. He was elected Governor on November 18, 2014, which made him the longest serving Governor of any of the State Governors.

History[]

Parker Heaton was born on September 2, 1965 in Lawrence County, Mesa. He graduated from Mesa State University at Barker. There he obtained his Masters in Political Campaigning. On November 14, 2013, Heaton began his campaign for the Governorship. He campaigned throughout Mesa and was endorsed by Jessy The Great III for State Governor.

Career[]

Governor Of Mesa(2014-2021)[]

Heaton's career began on November 18, 2014 after he was elected the 18th Governor of Mesa after a very tense Campaign against Errica Reedman who worked hard to tarnish Heaton's campaign with lies and false claims of Sex Scandals. Heaton launched a lawsuit later on after he won the Election but later withdrew his lawsuit after realizing that the political tension would harm his Administration and was childish.

On May 18, 2021, Heaton announced that he was interested in stepping down as governor but didn't want wait another whole year to retire. On June 5, 2021, he signed Governor Election Order 018-001 which authorized the state to launch an early election. On November 18, 2021, polls opened and Kirk Paul(R) was elected the 19th Governor ending Heaton's more than 4 terms as the State's Governor.

Retirement[]

On November 18, 2021, following Kirk Paul's election as the 19th Governor Of Mesa, Parker Heaton retired to his home in Alden, Mesa. According to the former Governor, he was pursuing other interests at the time of his retirement from politics.

Death and State Funeral[]

On October 1, 2022, Heaton died following a period of labored breathing. He death cause was from an underlying cancerous tumor, that was untreated. Heaton was laid to rest on October 7, 2022. He expected receive full state honors and a full state funeral. He was also buried behind the Governor's Mansion, a request he made to the State's Secretary Of State, who operates and maintains the State's Grounds and Public Properties.
