Marcel Lacey Haven(June 20, 1968) is a Jesstopian politician who has served as the Representative for Cameron's 39th Congressional District since 2015. She was elected during a special House vote to fill the vacancy left by the death of then-Representative Waylon Greene Sr. in January 2014. Greene died after suffering a major stroke on the House floor. Haven was then appointed to fill his seat until a special election was held on June 15, 2015.
