Joshua Peter Wallard(August 15, 1967) is a Jesstopian attorney and jurist who served from April 20, 2023 until August 17, 2024, as the State Of Mesa's 57th Attorney General after the firing of Attorney General Brittany Martin, by Governor Kirk Paul on April 20, 2023. He has served in the legal field since 1987, and has prosecuted over 30,000 cases. He is well known within the legal system in multiple states including New Shire, North Lorray and his home state, Mesa.

Early Life[]

Wallard was born in Dayton, Mesa, on August 15, 1967, and was raised by his parents Anita Wallard and Gerald Wallard. He is one of three boys. He attended Dayton high school were graduated in the top 5% of his class. After high school he attended Dayton University where he obtained his law degree and became a PhD in Law.

57th Attorney General Of Mesa(2023-2024)[]

On April 14, 2023, Governor Kirk Paul appointed him the State's 57th Attorney General. He will be sworn in on April 20, 2023, the date in which Attorney General Brittany Martin's termination takes effect. Wallard has yet to make any statement regarding the firing of Attorney General Martin or about his appointment. Wallard was sworn in at 9:00 AM on April 20, 2023, as the state's 57th Attorney General.

Investigation Into The Attorney General’s Office Handling Of Kirk Paul Case And Investigation[]

On May 17, 2024, Governor Joshua Adamson issued a directive to begin investigating Wallard for his handling of the 2023 Kirk Paul Discrimination and Abuse of Power case, that he personally dropped.

State law makers are working on funding an outside investigation into Wallard’s handling of the case and failing to prosecute Paul after his legislation was directly linked to the murder of two trans teenagers, which ultimately led to his resignation on May 9, 2023.

Suspension By Governor Joshua Adamson[]

On May 17, 2024, hours after announcing that an investigation would be opened into Wallard and his office's handling of the Kirk Paul cases, Governor Joshua Adamson issued a suspension order on Wallard, who will be suspended "absent financial Compensation." The Governor announced that he would be suspended pending the investigation and results of it. Adamson is receiving praise all around the Nationalist Party, but has angered many of his Republican colleagues. On August 7, 2024, Governor Adamson extended his suspension by 5 months, meaning he could potentially not see another case until early 2025.

Resignation[]

On August 17, 2024, two months into his suspension, Wallard announced that he was resigning from office after Governor Joshua Adamson extended his suspension for another 5 months. He announced that he tendered his resignation to the Governor early in the afternoon.
