The John McCallum Sexual Scandal Of 2022 was a series of sexual assault allegations against Jesstopian President John McCallum, which were first reported on November 17, 2022. The scandal is currently under investigation and lead to the resignation of several McCallum staffers as they attempt to distance themselves from the scandal which is likely to result in the impeachment and subsequent removal of McCallum. The ensuing trial was held from January 23, 2023 until February 6, 2023, when President McCallum was acquitted.
Scandal[]
The scandal was first reported on November 17, 2022, which was brought to light after a women claimed the President McCallum sexually assaulted her before and after becoming the Jesstopian President in 2020. In her claims, the victim said that McCallum "groped her leg, and without consent, began undressing her, and touching her private parts." She also claimed that he "asked for multiple pictures of her vagina and various other limbs, including pictures of her feet and breasts." In a later report, the Federal Crimes Investigation Service concluded that these claims were considered valid against McCallum and the F.C.I.S issued that it should be brought before the Senate Ethics Committee.
Preliminary Findings[]
During the first two weeks of the investigation, investigators believed John McCallum to have sexually assaulted 8 women, two of whom were underage, and two who he had sexually assaulted at the Nationalist House, when he was Vice President. They also found that during his first year as President, he reportedly brought a woman back to the Nationalist House Executive Suit, where he later appeared undressed, likely to have had intercourse.
"Substantial evidence suggests that the rape had occurred on Nationalist House Property, and while he was executing his duties as President." It also found evidence supporting the Republican notion that "McCallum was allowing females into his bedroom at night to give him blowjobs in the Guest Suite bathroom."
McCallum was also accused of touching several small statutes of women, and one staffer reportedly was told to go away and if anything was said, they'd be fired and their family and home would be doxed to the United States Of Jesstopia. This claim was deemed 'unfounded' as no substantial evidence was provided during the collection of evidence.
Hundreds of video clips, security cam footage and other imagery were submitted to the Ethics Committee, as "substantial proof" and "indisputable."
2023 Ethics Trial[]
On January 11, 2023, McCallum will face the Senate Ethics Committee and the Senate Judicial Committee. During the trial he will be asked about his sexual relations, personal family history and other topics related to the assaults. The Supreme Court is currently deliberating whether or not to block evidence from being used during the trial, which McCallum petitioned the court for last week.[1]
On January 24, 2023, the Senate Ethics Committee rejected and dismissed the claims by Lillian Marque, claiming that "evidence substantially disproves her claims and that the evidence can provide enough, showing McCallum was not at the Nationalist House at the time the claims occurred."
