Frederick Christian Ricketts(born November 8, 1982) is a Jesstopian-Cambridgian Diplomat, Statesman, and Politician who has served as the current and first Prime Minister of the the United Territories Of Cambridge since 2021. Ricketts was selected by Jesstopian President John McCallum on February 20, 2021 to serve as the Nation's first Prime Minister. He helped establish the Cambridge Government, focusing on building up military assets as well as economic systems in the country. He is regarded as one of the major players in establishing Cambridge as a nation, with the support from Jesstopian President John McCallum and his allies.
Early Life[]
Frederick Ricketts was born on November 8, 1982 in Alden, Mesa where he grew up with his three brothers, two sisters and his mother and father. Over the course of his childhood, Ricketts played Soccer, where he placed first in his Junior Varsity Soccer Team.

Frederick C Ricketts attended Zankburg University where he obtained his Masters in Political Philosophy and his Bachelors in Political Administrations. Ricketts also went on and obtained his Political Campaign Masters Degree.
Career[]
Ricketts' career began when he was appointed as the Prime Minister of Cambridge on February 20, 2021. Prior to his political career, Ricketts' was a champion of workers rights, wherein he served to increase pay of workers, establish equal rights in the work place.
Prime Minister(2021-Present)[]
Ricketts' first term began on February 20, 2021, after he was appointed by Jesstopian President John McCallum. His first term concludes on February 20, 2025. He won a second term during the 2024 Prime Minister election, and that new term is set to begin on February 20, 2025.
Notable Policies[]
On December 19, 2021, Ricketts issued a State Of Emergency due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic. The Cambridge health commission announced that his State Of Emergency has been executed and will remain active for 90 Days.
Military Build Up[]
Ricketts has been instrumental in creating and establishing a strong military. He has negotiated several high profile deals with Jesstopian President John McCallum, who has been able to send funding to the developing nation. Ricketts has also been able to divest funds to non-essential programs and services, and put it back into the Cambridgian Military. Another Military deployment would cripple the military, but Ricketts says as long as he's Prime Minister, he would continue to build up the Cambridgian military.

The United States Of Jesstopia and Cambridge have a strong relation and have continued to remain strong allies. Jesstopia and Cambridge remain as one of the strongest allies as it continues to help cambrige to build up its military.
Canada[]
Cambridge is working to strengthen its ties with Canada. It hopes to create a strong ally out of Canada and hopes to promote oil drilling in both Cambridge and Canada. It also hopes to establish safety zones for Cambridgian and Canadian citizens in the event of an all out war.

Bradburn Memorial Bill[]
On February 28, 2021, Ricketts sponsored a bill that would aim to target Teenage drug use and prevent others from doing drugs in their teen years. It was named in honor of Nicholas Bradburn, who died after he and classmate crashed their vehicle after getting high. The friend survived and was charged with Manslaughter and Criminal Reckless Driving and one count of murder. Bradburn survived the inital crash, but died later at the hospital due to extensive injuries combined with blood poisoning. It passed unanimously on March 4, 2021.
Alberta School Safety Risk Bill[]
The Alberta School Safety Risk Bill drafted and proposed by Ricketts. The bill, aimed at giving cambridgian school district's tools to detect early warning signs that their district may be at risk of severe incident or major shooting. The bill which proposed to increase spending on school safety measures was not passed and failed to pass a second and third bill signing legislative session.
2022 Tax Cut Bill[]
On January 1, 2022, PM Ricketts started working on a bill that would allow the Cambrige Government to cut taxes by 25% to 35% for working families. The bill was introduced to the Cambrigian parliament. It failed to pass with enough votes at the inital release of the bill. It passed later on June 5, 2022. The bill is in current use today is is expected to expire in the next 4 months.
2022 School Safety Package[]
The 2022 School Safety Package was another set of school safety funding that aimed to increase funding for school safety tools, measures, and threat assessment materials and training. The bill aimed at providing school district's with about J 250 Million for schools to upgrade existing safety systems.

Tax Evasion[]
On June 11, 2019, Ricketts was accused of falsifying tax records, when his tax return was rejected. He kept submitting the tax form and it got rejected over 50 times. The Cambridgian Tax Office issued a warrant for tax evasion. The charges were dropped when he proved that he submitted his tax records. It came down to a faulty Tax Submission tool. The Tax Submission Agency fixed the tool and his taxes were successfully submitted.
Sexual Misconduct Allegations[]
On July 11, 2022, Rickett's was accused of Sexual Harrassment by a staffer. She claimed the Prime Minister touched her inappropriately on the thighs and on the back.[1] On July 13, 2022, the first day of the Ricketts V. Burnberry got underway with PM Fred Ricketts taking the stand and presenting evidence. He also presented evidence providing for a defense of his innocence.[2] On July 14, 2022, days before a verdict was scheduled to be delivered, Judge Raymound Seemore ruled in favor of Prime Minister Fredrick Ricketts.[3]
