Evan Shields(June 15, 1990) is a Jesstopian politician who has served as the 2nd Senator for the Federal District since 2017. A member of the Nationalist Party, he previously served in the House, Representing New Shire's 15th Congressional District from 2010 until 2016. He is seeking reelection to his Senate seat in 2026.

Shields was first elected to the Jesstopian Senate during the 2016 Senate elections. During that time, he campaigned on a promise to lower taxes, cut wasteful spending, something Senate Republicans have been trying to do, as well as pushing for lower cost of living in the Capital city.
