The J.S Constitution is the governing document of the Great Nation Of Jesstopia, which was drafted on August 13, 1806, after the Jesstopian Republic was found. "For The People"

For Jesstinian We Fight

This Day On The 13th of August in the year 1806, by the powers vested in me, I order the immediate implementation of this here Constitution, to work for the people of this Great Nation, of the name of Jesstopia. This constitution replaces the former Letters of Order which were written on the 10th of January in the year of 1806.

Furthermore, we intend to implement this constitution immediately. This document hereinafter referred to as "the law of the land of jesstopia" is the official governing document.

Article One: Rights To Land, Liberty and Property[]

No citizen, man or women, may be denied the right to own property. Congress shall not make a legal order, issuing that no person may be denied the right to the comfort of a homestead. This includes legally inscribed property, and possessions which are owned by one.

Article Two: Rights To Freedom Of Speech, Freedom To Assemble, Freedom Of Religion.[]

No Jesstopian Congress or Senate should ever infringe on the belief nor create a law, diminishing the citizens right to speak truths and speak the ideas expressed by oneself, or another persons mouth. Congress shall not deter citizens from practicing the Religious Beliefs as a basis for racial/religious persecution.

Article Three: Right To A Speed Trial by a Jury of His Peers[]

No citizen of the Great Nation, should at any time, be committed to or hanged on the basis of a single person, of whom is unknown by the public, moreover, should have a trial by a jury of his peers, to confer to a real legal decision. No many should sit in a jail or hang-house

Article Four: Right To An Advocate In The Presence Of A Trial and Judge[]

In the event that a person or persons is found guilty of a crime, he may and should always be granted access to legal counsel. It is in the best of interest of the federal government to provide such legal counsel for his benefit in the event of financial pit-falls.
