Brian G Whittier(July 18, 1985 - October 22, 2021) was a Jesstopian Politician, Author and Representative in the House of the People. He also served in multiple Congressional positions including as House Speaker in 2017. He announced his bid to run for President during the 2024 Presidential Election. On August 13, 2021 following his arrest for driving intoxicated, he withdrew his candidacy. He also resigned as New Shire's 19th District 41st Representative.
Early Life[]
Brian Whittier was born(July 18, 1985) in Samson, New Shire. He was the eldest of three brothers. His Father was an abusive drunk who beat Whittier into unconsciousness when he was 18 years old. His mother was a serious drug and alcohol addict. She died when Brian Whittier was only 5 years due to a heroin overdose. Whittier was, basically his two brothers’ father. He worked 3 jobs to provide for his brothers and to ensure he and his brothers had the essentials to live and survive.
While his home life was poisoned by Drugs, Alcohol, abuse and violence, Brian Whittier made his terrible situation into a chance to prove that he had something to offer the world. He saved up all of the money he had earned from the jobs he had and continued to save until he saved enough to be able to move him and his brothers out of the toxic environment they had lived in for years.
Career and Education[]
Brian Whittier graduated from Robins Point High School a district that combined to create the Roberto Central School District. He graduated in the high 80s and Lower 90’s. When he and his brothers left the abusive home they had endured for the last 18 years, he had moved all three of them into a studio apartment where he continued to work. The years of abuse helped him reach for a degree in a political career, which eventually led him to become the House Representative For New Shire’s 19th District.
39th Representative For New Shire’s 19th District[]
On June 11, 2013, Brian Whittier registered to become a Congressman for New Shire’s 19th District. After he produced a grueling campaign, Whittier won the Congressional Seat as the 39th Representative for New Shire’s 19th District’s Representative. He served as the 39th Representative For New Shire’s 19th District until announcing his campaign to win the speaker’s seat.
Speaker Of The House Of The People[]
On April 3, 2015, Whittier announced his campaign to seek election as The House’s Speaker. On April 28, 2015, Whittier was selected as the 28th Speaker of the House of the People. He served as Speaker until June 10, 2017. He began his campaign to seeker election as the House’s Speaker. He dropped out of the campaign upon the word of his father’s tragic death on December 11, 2017. At this point, Braden Harris(N) and Lola Roberts were fighting for the seat of Speaker. Lola Roberts was the 29th and first female speaker of the House of the People. Braden Harris would eventually become the 31st Speaker during the 2019 Speaker Elections.
41st Representative For New Shire’s 19th District[]
He returned to his role as the 41st Representative for New Shire’s 19th District. He served as the 19th District’s Representative from December 31, 2017 until August 15, 2021, when he formally resigned after charges were made available to House Speaker Braden Harris about his arrest for Driving Intoxicated.
Health Issues[]
Due to Whittier’s alcohol enraged father, Whittier was left with serious emotional trauma and began drinking large quantities of Alcohol. He was rushed to the hospital for Alcohol Poisoning and Liver Infections. On March 21, 2019, Whittier Collapsed while out for a walk. Several bystanders were trained to help and gave him life saving care. Congress was not made aware of his alcohol abuse , and his medical record failed to contain the reports of his several health crises and as such were never reported to Congress.
Disciplinary Record[]
There had been multiple occasions where disciplinary action were used against Whittier including Whittier getting in a screaming match with other house members. He was suspended for the next 4 sessions.
On another occasion, Whittier was using disciplined for verbally harassing Senators for what they were wearing. Reports seemed to have failed to report that Whittier was intoxicated at the time.
Criminal History[]
June 6, 2021 Arrest[]
On June 6, 2021, Whittier for Assault of a Police Officer after the North Point Police Department received several reports of a bar fight which broke out over some rude comments. Whittier who was sitting at a bar overheard several patrons talking about his wife and kids, where Mr. Whittier the proceeded to punch one of them in the face. When police arrived, there had been serious damage done to the bar, so a NPPD officer attempted to remove Mr. Whittier from the bar, when Whittier struck the Officer in the stomach and mouth. Whittier was arrested on 2 counts of assault and 1 count of striking a government official, but the aggravated assault charges were later dropped due to the climate and hostility of both parties as evident in a bar security video and several patrons recording. He was charged with striking a Government Official. He was ordered to pay a J 125,000 Fine. He was also ordered to complete Alcoholics Anonymous, which he successfully completed.
August 13, 2021 Arrest[]
On August 13, 2021, A New Shire State Trooper was running radar when he noticed a white vehicle driving erratically, with the driver seemingly being unable to maintain his lane. The trooper then proceeded to perform a traffic stop at around 12:00 PM. The Trooper requested Mr. Whittier’s License and Vehicle documents, which he failed to provide the proper documentation. Following the release of the Body Worn Camera Of New Shire State Police Trooper M Lorenzo, the video showed that Mr. Whittier was slurring his speech excessively as can be transcribed here: “I kind of…uh…don’t have my valid license…ocifer”
The Trooper requested that Mr. Whittier submit to perform a Roadside Field Sobriety Test. In New Shire, failure to submit to the test automatically suspends a person’s license and automatically requires an arrest to be executed. Mr. Whittier failed to agree or submit to the test and was arrested, license suspended and Troopers filed for a warrant to draw blood. Mr. Whittier is still awaiting trial, and may face up to a minimum of 10 years in prison and a minimum fine of J 250,000. House of the People’s Speaker Braden Harris has called on Whittier to resign fully from government duties permanently.
Call For Resignation[]
House Speaker Braden Harris publicly announced his call for Brian Whittier’s Resignation after his DUI arrest was reported to the Congressional Board Of Ethics. Braden Harris has yet to state anything further, but he has been urging Whittier to resign by citing “his behavior is not what this house chamber is or will ever be” said Speaker Harris. “We are here to represent the people of the United States Of Jesstopia. Not make fools of our chamber or our collective Government all together.” Finished Harris.
Harris has made it clear that Whittier’s behavior has been a weakening the people’s trust in its government and the way they view the success of its members and leaders. He has also made it very clear that a fair Impeachment process must be followed, and the impeachment must fall within a specific set of guidelines, which can be found here(COMING SOON).
Resignation[]
On August 13, 2021, the date Whittier had been arrested, reports say Rep. Brian Whittier hadn't made a statement regarding his intention of stepping down or fighting it to the very end. On August 15, 2021, Whittier wrote a letter containing his resignation.[1] His attorney told reporters that he had resigned and that it was contained within the letter. Whittier's Attorney Henry Caudwell to reporters that he was unable to make comments regarding the case. The Supreme Court released a statement regarding it intention of releasing the full report, the Court said "Due to the current circumstances and the status of the investigation and trial, it has not been released to the public, but the Supreme Court says it plans to make the document accessible to the public at the very end of the trial or when all information has been publicly released, which will only be authorized by Court Order."
Death[]
On October 22, 2021, while making rounds, several New Shire State Jail Staff found Whittier, Faced Down, Dead. Initial reports made by the Jail's warden tried to claim that it was a successful Suicide. Doctors later revealed that no actual death cause had been determined. An investigation into his death is currently being conducted.[2]
On October 23, 2021, an autopsy was performed and it discovered several blood clots in arteries that pump blood to brain, and that several had ruptured, caused by cancer that was un-diagnosed. [3]
