William "Bill" Hazer(August 5, 1957) is a Jesstopian Politician who served as the 18th Secretary of State Of The United States Of Jesstopia from 2018 until 2024. He was nominated by President Joe Diester on November 16, 2018 and was reconfirmed as the Secretary of State by President John McCallum on November 28, 2020.
