The 2024 attack on Dyrk was an attack on the Jesstopian Territory Dyrk, that occurred on January 4, 2024. The attack has been confirmed as an act of war which was perpetrated by Palestine. President John McCallum says he is sending aid to the region as he continues to discuss a formal war declaration against Palestine for its attack on the Jesstopian Island territory.

On January 4, 2024, President John McCallum addressed the nation, his speech interrupting major sporting events around the nation, as he announced the three devastating words. “WE WERE ATTACKED.” The attack on Dyrk happened a little after 1:30 PM local time, and was first reported at 1:45 PM local time when a caller called the police.

On January 4, 2024, hours after the attack occurred, President John McCallum demanded that Congress issue a formal declaration of war against Palestine, something that Congress was heavily against, as fears grew across the country of potential relation from allies of Palestine. President McCallum became very angry over the course of 5 days, at Congress lack of compassion to his cause, as he hoped that declaring war would "send a strong message to no mess with the United States Of Jesstopia." He finally obliged to their refusal to sign the war declaration, and he would later get what he wants.
On April 9, 2024, Congress issued that if a second attack was to occur they would immediately convene to propose a war declaration. House Speaker Gretchen LeWolf, who was busy doing damage control, had to delegate work to those who supported the war declaration, and those who didn't. She also was trying to tame President McCallum, made threats to the legislative body, in hopes to force Congress to sign the war declaration.
On May 24, 2024, The Nationalist House and President McCallum announced that six terrorists who were convicted of aiding in the bombing, were executed by lethal injection. There were mixed reactions to the President's action, which should have been approved by Congress. Mixed reactions come from both Pro and Anti-Palestinian Jesstopians.
