The 2023 State Of The Union Address was the address given by President John McCallum on January 1, 2023. It was his third address given as President. The address gave Jesstopians around the Nation and Government officials an update to the state of Jesstopia during a joint session of Congress. During the address President McCallum gave an update on the state of Jesstopia, as well as gave his plans to work to end the Russo-Ukrainian war that started back in February.

The 2023 State Of The Union Address was the 5th Address given by the President Of The United States Of Jesstopia. It took place on January 1, 2023, and will be attended by the House and Senate Republicans and Nationalists and will seek to address the current status of the United States Of Jesstopia.

During the 2023 SOTU speech, President McCallum addressed Congress to update the State of the Jesstopian Economy, Foreign Policy, and Legislative accomplishments as well as the concerns for COVID-19. He also addressed the accusations against him, stating that "a resignation isn't in the cards nor will it ever be." He spoke to a packed Congress at the Nationalist House.
In terms of COVID-19, he discussed the Administration's plans to close the Jesstopian Borders if COVID began getting out of control again in the United Kingdom, United States, France, Germany, and other ally countries. He announced the potential for border closures, and announced heavy health standards in place for traveling Jesstopians.
He also announced his plans to lower drug costs and urged Congress to sign several legislative packages to allow for lower drug costs. During one of the last meetings of Congress before Congress recessed for Christmas, McCallum expressed extreme interest in ensuring drug prices and pharmaceutical companies.
During the State Of The Union address, he also announced the administration's recent achievements including raising the federal minimum wage, the first raise of the Federal minimum wage in 80 years.
President McCallum also announced several plans for infrastructural and job growth for the next 5 years with his Economic expansion plans, and proposed several factories be built to ramp up production in precious metals as well as oil processing plants. He proposed to create 100,000 more jobs by the end of 2023.
