The 2022 Nationalist House bombing occurred on July 15, 2022, at around 8:10 in the morning. The bombing was investigated as a terrorism event. The event caused mass panic. The bombing has been connected to both the Product Mart Store 1430 Bombing and the Mesa Governor's Mansion Bombing, which killed over 20 people.

Event[]

The bombing took place at the Nationalist House, the official residence of the President Of The United States Of Jesstopia. The bombing destroyed an corner of the building and injuries have not been confirmed and the Nationalist House safety team has not been made aware of any deaths. The Presidential Protective Service is currently working alongside the New Shire State Police to investigate the shooting.[1]

Investigation[]

The investigation into the bombing of the Nationalist House is currently ongoing and is being investigating as a possible terrorist event and a potential assassination attempt against President John McCallum and Vice President Richard Banks.

Cameras and Video Footage[]

Early in the afternoon, investigators obtained footage from both the undamaged side of the Nationalist House and the Congress Building across the street. The videos will prove valuable by explaining what kind explosives were used and make an ID on the bomber.[2]

Bomber Identification[]

On July 18, 2022, bombing suspect James Ronaldson was identified as the person responsible for setting off the bomb which destroyed a wall of the Nationalist House on July 15, 2022.[3] A warrant was issued for Ronaldson's arrest and states are scrambling to apprehend him.[4]

Bomber Surrender[]

On July 20, 2022, The New Shire State Police cornered Mr. Ronaldson in a small dwelling in North Point. He remained barricaded in the dwelling until 9:30 PM that evening.[5] He peacefully surrendered to troopers.[6]

Response[]

After the bombing, the event made national and international news and many foreign officials gave words of prayers and encouragement. Cambridge Prime Minister Fredrick Ricketts said that the suspect or suspects should be heavily punished.

Governor Thomas Cooke Looks At Damage Done To Nationalist House

New Shire Governor Of New Shire Thomas Cooke looks at damage to the Nationalist House, following a bombing that left extensive damage.

Governor Thomas Cooke has responded to the bombing by visiting the site and to ensure that New Shirens are safe and that they have the support they need. He ordered the New Shire State Police to investigate the incident.

He has also provided funding to the State Police to use state assets and other public tools and resources to bring the suspect(s) to justice.

Nationalist House Has Temporary Support Structure

The Nationalist House as seen on July 16, 2022 with temporary support structure to prevent wall from collapsing.

On July 16, 2022, crews placed temporary support structures to keep the existing wall of the building from collapsing further and has even grounded the support structures into bedrock and has been working to ensure the safety of President McCallum. Crews are expected to knock existing wall down by the end of this month and will begin to replace the damaged walls. The construction crews will place a temporary wall down but a permanent one will replace the existing walls.
