The President has said that he is committed to "fight dictatorships," and "Putin's regime," but said that it would do so my means of talking rather arm-to-arm and gun-to-gun combat.
"There are many simple ways we can our show our support for Ukraine, including advocating for peace, and prosperity, condemning violence, and ensure that our Ukrainian allies know we condemn what Putin is doing," said President McCallum. "Putin's war has taken its toll on american's and we can idly sit by while suffer at the hands of a foreign dictator. We will continue sending our weapons, our guns, or our money. He continues to advocate for peace, something he has been for since taking office in 2020, but was critically unable to let Putin to go unchecked when he invaded Ukraine in February 2022.
"Our ideals as Jesstopian citizens and we as your Government, to end the bloodshed of these fine men and women who fight everyday to secure our nation's future," continued McCallum. "We are pulling out of the war between Russia and Ukraine, because we feel as though we aren't being told the truth about where our money is going, and where our military equipment is. Ukraine has continued to default on several financial agreements between our two countries since the war started back in February 2022. We feel as though Ukraine has gotten away with rocketting through money to build luxury hotels, homes and business parks. We won't let the money flow continue."
McCallum called out Zelensky for not making headroom against Russian forces, calling him a "dormant leader," and an "actor president." The President said that he is angry that Zelenksy is doing more to pressure Russian forces, but says Zelensky's forces are doing "an incredible job," fighting and capturing Russian soldiers using drones.
"Zelenksy is not performing at the rate we'd like to see," said McCallum. "We had agreed to funding, present that all goal points are being hit at the specified time frame. He isn't hitting any of these marks and that also contributed to our decision to stop sending weapons and money, and eventual full withdrawal from the war."
The President then described what the three point plan for troop and military equipment removal would like and the checkpoints for each event.
"The first point of our three point withdrawal plan starts with communication lines, housing, and command centers being destroyed," explained McCallum. "We can't afford to have Russian spies get any intel on our troops' whereabouts. This will start immediately, and rally points will be set up where troops stationed in Ukraine will meet. They will continue destroying unoccupied command centers and helicopters, planes and military tanks. This is the first of two other points to the three point plan."
He issued that the next point to the three point plan of the withdrawal, is to remove any remaining vehicles, tanks, jeeps, weapons, operational equipment that could fall into the hands of Russian forces who would use these items to attack Ukrainian forces.
"Secondly, we will remove tanks, jeeps, explosives, guns, weapons, operation equipment, command center data, and other important military equipment from Ukraine," continued McCallum. "This is the most important part of the operation as any equipment we leave behind could be used by Russia, either against the Ukrainian Forces or against the United States Of Jesstopia. It is imperative that these materials and equipment are removed. Some personnel will also be withdrawn during this time as well, including high command staff in Ukraine, as well as a small percentage of soldiers."
The final stage of the full withdrawal, according to the President's speech is to get all Jesstopian civilian workers, soldiers and all other Jesstopian personnel out of Ukraine.
"The last step to our three point withdrawal plan, as I have previously mentioned, is to ensure all staff, civilian workers, soldiers, and remaining Jesstopian people are withdrawn from the country," finished President McCallum. "We have a lot of work to do, but I know as Jesstopians, we can get this done, together. I know Ukraine is a strong ally to us, but it is time we think about our country for once. Thank you. God Bless you, and God bless the United States Of Jesstopia."
