NEWS 28 - Product Mart is still searching for its next Chief Executive Officer as Ronald Chlabowy prepares to take over as Product Mart Stores Inc's next Chief Executive Officer, which is also the parent company of Product Mart.

The company said in a recent statement that it was looking at viable options both internally and externally. The following statement was published by Product Mart Inc. The company also issued that it was continue to search for Chlabowy's replacement but says it will not release the names of any candidate.

"While we continue our search to replace Product Mart Chief Executive Officer Ronald Chlabowy, who will assume office as Product Mart Inc's newest CEO, we aren't rushing the process," said Linda Davis, a Product Mart board member. "We are looking at viable options for his replacement and that now includes external and internal searches. We aren't ruling out taking someone from the outside to assume his role, as he elevates the very top spot as PMI's CEO. This process is far from over, but we hope a successor can be named as soon as possible as we have a transition period to get everything ready to go and set up for a change in executive leadership."

Chlabowy has been with the Product Mart company since 2021, and he has played a key role in changing the way the company does business globally, including lowering prices, establishing strong business ethics regulations and policies, and advocating for mental health services for its employees.

He was selected by Product Mart Inc's board of directors, and was officially named as Burton's successor on June 18, 2024. But as he prepares to take on the new role, he will also play a key role in selecting his successor, a practice that has been in place since Product Mart was founded.

NEWS 28 - Product Mart and its shareholders have announced that it will be updating its logo to fit a more modern style, as the company continues to modernize its operations after more than 25 years in operation.

Product Mart announced earlier this year that it was continuing work on modernizing its operations, including providing new services to its customers and to improve existing programs as well.

"We are excited to announce that we are updating our logo to meet a more modern look and ensure that our company carries on well into the future," said CEO Ronald Chlablowy. PEACH TREE - Product Mart has announced a 25% raise in increase for company executives and a 2% raise for hourly and salaried managers. The move comes after last nights Executive Budget meeting in Peach Tree where executives across all of the company’s subsidiaries met to discuss important projects, the executive budgets and employee pay rates.

The meeting concluded with a vote to increase executive salary by about 24.8% and to raise employee pay rates by 1.9%, both increases to begin in January.

“We know that our employees have voiced their anger about their rates of pay and our company is slowly working another pay raise for them in early 2025,” said Product Mart CEO Ronald Chlabowy. “We are also addressing our associates’ concerns about the lack of employee programs. That is in the next round of votes and we hope to pass several important employee programs.”

Employees who wish to remain anonymous say they are angry that the company is willing to raise their salaries but are only raising the pay rates for hourly employees by 2%, with them receiving a 23% higher raise then them.

”We are struggling to make ends meet, and I work two jobs and that still isn’t enough,” said an employee. “But there over here increasing their salaries while they live in luxury and we are getting scrapes of left over money.”

The company and its subsidiaries are receiving heavy backlash for its increase and union representatives from several major retail companies are calling that move illegal and unfair.

The company has yet to respond to our request for comment. The company did not release a statement on their website as of the publishing of this article.

PEACH TREE - Product Mart Chief Executive Officer Ronald Chlabowy has announced that Product Mart will start constructing 5 new fulfillment centers in Towton, Nox City, and Peach Tree City starting this weekend. The company announced that the buildings would be located in Weston, Towton County, New Shire, Nox City, North Lorray, and Peach Tree City, Peach Tree, New Shire.

"We are pleased to announce that our company will be constructing 5 new fulfillment centers, which will create over 100,000 jobs and will infuse the local economies," said CEO Ronald Chlabowy. "The buildings will be over 25 million to build a piece, but we invested over 258 million in constructing new fulfillment centers and we know we can build over 5 more."

The company says the first fulfillment center will have construction begin on March 23, 2024 and the first fulfillment center will be started in Towton, New Shire.

ALDEN - As expected rain began falling around 3:00 AM this morning officially kicking off Mesa’s rainstorm season, with colloquially known as Mesa’s ‘Flood Season.’

About 2 Inches have fallen this far and are expected to be in double digits by next week. Alden and Ashburn are seeing 9 inches, beginning what Mesa has prepared for.

”9 inches is a lot and that is why Governor Adamson is issuing evacuation orders and being so adamant about leaving your homes,” said the Mesa State Weather Service. “His orders have some weight to them and it is important that Mesians follow these orders. It is life or death and the amount of rain that will fall is expected to double and will be fatal of caught in it.”

Product Mart says it is closing its two stores in Alden, and will reopen them winces State officials and county officials declare Alden a safe place to be.

”It is important that our associates, customers and fellow Mesians stay safe during the state’s flood season,” said Chief Executive Officer Ronald Chlabowy. “We know families will need products and daily hygiene products, so we have partnered with safety shelters set up in neighboring State-designated safe zones so that they will have access to these very products.”

Stores across the county will reopen once they are given the green light to from Governor Josh Adamson’s office. Chlabowy says he is praying for a quick flood season and for no loss of life or property.

President McCallum says he will send troops to Mesa to aid in clean up as well as funded over 89 million dollars for emergency food, water, clothing and other supplies for those misplaced by the flooding.

PEACH TREE - Product Mart has officially entered its robotics era as it releases new systems within its fulfillment centers. As the company continues to expand Jesstopian operations, it is also investing in the construction of 12 new fulfillment centers around Jesstopia and 6 distribution centers.

”We are beyond proud of how our operations are going company-wide and are pleased with sales we are recording,” said CEO Ronald Chlabowy. “It is very important that we expand our future by implementing automation into our systems. It is important to grow as a brand with our creased customer needs.”

Product Mart just reported its 2023 Third Quarter Sales and says the company topped over 81 Billion in sales, up 40% last year’s sales. The company and investors earned a 20% yield.

”We are impressed by our stores and the incredible people and associates that make this company run,” said David Skatchie, Product Mart’s Store Operations Officer. “We look forward to a very productive 2024 first quarter, which will start next week.”

The company said that’s it sales goal was super-exceeded and that it has room to build 24 new super-stores in the next 3 years according to the store infrastructure plans for 2022-2025.

”We are expanding quicker and more efficient than ever so we must address the base growth and add in automation to ensure our operation continue to grow,” continued Chlabowy. “We will not ever get rid of humans but we need to continue our future by implementing such automation.”

RUFUS - Product Mart Chief Executive Officer Ronald Chlabowy says that he "wants to provide more employee benefits and raise employee compensation" after recent visit to several stores, and a fulfillment center in Samson, four days ago.

"It is important that our associates and employees feel heard, and my visits almost a week ago have made me realize how needed better compensation and employee benefits are," said CEO Chlabowy. "Speaking with the incredible folks at S1 Fulfillment Center, in Samson, I've heard how better compensation would retain more of our employees and how hard having rates or "quotas" are making the company lose more than half of its fulfillment workforce. They also expressed how needed, better healthcare coverage is, and say that most employees would stay if healthcare was better for them. So I will be working to produce better compensation, and improve health benefits for our full-time employees."

The company has also expressed that there was nothing it could do about the rates and quotas it requires its fulfillment centers as it is written within company policy and the contracts that employees signed at the beginning of employment but says it is trying to ease the workload on warehouse workers.

According to company records, at the start of 2023, the company had around 8.2 million employees and the company recently recorded that they were down to 7.8 million employees. They are hoping to have over 10 million associates, employees and warehouse workers going into 2024.

PEACH TREE - Jesstopian Retail Giant Product Mart has teamed up with Pix Bank to provide Product Mart employees with a free checking account when they are hired. The bank and Product Mart began building strong relations early into Chlabowy's leadership and eventually a contractually binding agreement was made and PIX agreed to take on the responsibility of providing checking accounts for Product Mart employees.
