PEACH TREE - Product Mart Stores Inc Chief Executive Officer Henry Burton will be hosting the 2023 Investor Relations Conference in Nox City, North Lorray on November 5, 2023. The chief executive said that the company is preparing to offer investors brand new services and a new store concept that will be introduced under the Product Mart Stores Inc title.

"Our company has been working on new programs, and store concepts that we will be introduced at the 2023 Business Conference in Nox City, and we look forward to seeing what our investors think," said Burton. "These new concepts and programs will be released, at least if the investors okay the new programs, sometime between 2025 and 2028."

Company executives including Product Mart Stores Inc Chief Operations Officer Maggie Wallman said in a brief statement that "the company is ready to push our branding into the future with a brand new store concept that will mesh old design with a modern blend. The programs are also going to push our company well into the future when they are released. Be excited because there is so much on its way that I can't wait for Burton to announce on November 5, 2023."

Product Mart Chief Executive Officer Ronald Chlabowy will also accompany Burton, alongside, Westley's CEO Richard Lanski, and Product Mart Holdings Inc CEO Jerry Brody. These men will help form the future of their respective brands.

PEACH TREE - Product Mart recently announced further discontinuation of Products within its stores. The company recently made a statement to press regarding its plans to pull any activator systems that could enable remote detonation of explosive devices, including the discontinuation of explosive sales.

"Obviously, following the tragedy in Nox City on July 21, 2022, we are working to ensure that we are doing our part to prevent further bombings which has already claimed the lives of Product Mart customers," said Chlabowy. "We will continue to monitor other potential bomb and Remote Explosive Device making tools and will also pull them aswell."

The company said that it no longer has the freedom to sell explosive devices, as it fears, the sale and subsequent use of these products could lead to the bombing that killed 9 people back in July.

The company said that any remaining stock will be sold, but suppliers will be asked to visit investors.productmart.net/suppliers/supplier-dashboard for further information and will be asked to contact the Product Mart Stores Inc Logisitics Coordinator.

The company also said that the day that it will completely stop selling the aforementioned items will be by the end of October 2022. It will then seek to replenish store shelves with new products and services.

Tommorrow on October 1, 2021, John Mallone will step down as Product Mart’s Chief Executive Officer to focus on his eCommerce business AZZI, which is advertised as the Jesstopian Amazon. At 12:00 AM, he will officially take on the role as AZZI’s Chief Executive Officer, full time. His role as Product Mart’s CEO will fully cease at 12:00 PM tomorrow.

”I will step down as Product Mart’s Chief Executive Officer by 12:00 PM noon on October 1, 2021. This will be marked by Ronald Chlabowy assuming the role of CEO at 12:00 PM.” Says Outgoing CEO John Mallone.

Peach Tree - Early this morning, Product Mart Holdings Inc's Chief Executive Officer Jerry Brody announced that Product Mart was starting to prepare for the exit of Product Mart's 4th Chief Executive Officer, John Mallone's departure which was fast tracked due on going health issues of his company's interim Chief Executive Officer.

"Product Mart is currently preparing for John Mallone's resignation as Product Mart's CEO. We are fully anticipating to have Ronald Chlabowy to assume the role as Chief Executive Officer" said Brody. "We fully anticipate that when it happens, Ronald Chlabowy will be poised to take the helm, and run Product Mart." he finished.

Product Mart has also made it clear that Mallone will be resigning, as to when that may happen, is all dependent of the current state of Mark Burton's health, who currently chairs AZZI as its board's Chairperson.

Burton was tested for COVID-19, and tested positive for COVID-19, on August 15, 2021, but didn't get symptoms until August 18, 2021, where he was taken to the hospital, due to his inability to breathe.

It was decided on August 18, 2021, that John Mallone would resign as soon as October 1, 2021, as Product Mart's CEO.

Product Mart had recently announced the departure of Product Mart CEO John Mallone on January 1, 2022, to focus on his personal business venture AZZI, a company that will be the Jesstopian equivalent to America's Amazon.

The company had estimated that Mallone would step away from the company altogether by February 1, 2022, but the company realized that Mallone would be leaving the company completely on January 1, 2022. While there is time, a spokesperson for Product Mart's Corporate Offices, said that the company will have a plan going forward.

"With the departure of Mallone now expected for January 1, 2022, Product Mart will draft a plan. If things happen to change, then the company will have a plan going forward. The company does not wish to release anything further than that until the process is initiated and a final plan has been made." said the Spokesperson.

Jerry Brody, PM Holdings' CEO, said that "Whatever the plan may be, whether the date be January 1, 2022 or February 1, 2022, we will be ready to meet the challenge and overcome it. We will not fall apart as a company, neither will Product Mart."
