Jay Laylin, the President-Elect of the United States Of Jesstopia, expresses that he is committed to reversing the Israel Travel Ban, that was signed by the McCallum administration in response to Israel defending itself.
NEWS 28 - Jay Laylin recommitted to his promise that he made while campaigning that he will reverse the Israel Travel Ban that was signed by President John McCallum on April 5, 2024. The travel ban was signed in response to Israel defending itself against Palestine.
Jay Laylin, who is set to be sworn in on November 16, said that the very first act is to immediately reverse the Israeli travel ban, and said that he will allow Israeli passports to be granted access into the United States Of Jesstopia. This had always been one of his campaign promises, and his transition team said that he plans to make good on this promise.
"The people of Israel need our help fighting two terrorist groups, the Palestinian government, and Hamas," said President-Elect Jay Laylin. "We are appalled that the McCallum administration would sign a ban on Israeli citizens visiting or entering our country for long term periods, because Israel chose, rightfully so, to defend itself against terrorist forces. On day one, I will reinstate Israel travelers to enter our great country, because god knows that they are in need of our help desperately. I know US President-Elect Donald Trump feels the same way."
During the press conference, the president-elect also eluded to lifting bans on other countries who were wrongly denied entry. But that is likely to come later into his presidency, and further, it will likely be later in the Presidency towards the end of his term that we will see a lift on those bans. But experts believe that Israeli citizens will begin returning to Jesstopia as early as February or March, which will give Border Protection Agents the time to reinstate Israeli passports into its passport scanning systems.
"Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and myself discussed ways to ensure peace around the worlds, with relation to the Israeli people spread around the world, and we discussed ways to ensure President-Elect Trump, the Prime Minister and my administration are able to end the death and destruction that this war has caused," continued Laylin. "We want their to be world peace, and my administration will look for ways to accomplish that goal. I hope to work to get this accomplished in my first months in office and to stop the killing of soldiers and innocent civilians, and prosecute those responsible."
