NOX - A Nox City District Judge, ordered James Ronaldson to surrender all physical and electronic assets over to the federal government to be valued and distributed to the members of the bombing victims' families, in the form of a monetary sum.

Judge Shaniqua Brown, ordered to incarcerated Ronaldson to hand over all phsyical assets, and property, including computers, phones, laptops, and other electronic devices to the federal government.

"It he refuses to hand over such items, as required by this court's official order, I authorize the government to forcibly seize such assets and properties," said Judge Brown. "I also order Ronaldson to pay this court 55.6 Million Dollars, whether through retirement or any other sources of income."

Brown said that she wants him to have nothing, and ensure the families are at least compensated financially for their pain and the suffering they've endured. The judge said that she is disgusted that such orders don't exist at this point.

All assets of Ronaldson are required to be surrendered by November 20, 2022, before the government can sieze the assets. The judge has already prepared a search warrant and a seizure warrant as well.

RUFUS - James Ronaldson was sentenced for bombing the Nationalist House on July 15, 2022, the Product Mart Store bombing that killed 9 and was charged with Felony Murder of a Government Official which he was charged with two counts.

"Mr. Ronaldson on the docket of Ronaldson V. United States Of Jesstopia, The jury has found you guilty of the following charges: (1) attempted assassination on the President Of The United States Of Jesstopia(F), (1) attempted assassination of the Vice President Of The United States Of Jesstopia(F), (2) murder of a Government official(F), (2) destruction of Government property(M),(1) destruction of a private building, (11) first degree murder, (11) felonious assault resulting in serious bodily harm and/or death(F), (3) domestic terrorism(F), and (11) first degree domestic murder," said Judge Roswell. "With these charges against you, you are facing severe charges, but the death penalty will not be a sentence that I will give you. I will however charge you as I would charge anyone else in your circumstance. As such you are being sentenced to 100 years for the domestic terrorism, 11 counts of felony murder, 11 counts of first degree murder. You will be sentenced to an extra 150 years for 1 count of attempting to assassinate our president, 1 count of attempting to assassinate our Vice President and the the 2 counts of murdering a government official. You will not be released into the custody of the New Shire State Police. You will be ineligible for parole. You are a danger to society and you will never see the outside of a cell again."

Ronaldson's legal team says they will appeal the sentece to reduce the sentence to 40 years and will seek parental rights back to his children. The court says it is not likely to resentence.

Upon the news that he has been sentenced, a crowd of 100,000 people or more was heard cheering Roswell, Roswell. Many members of the crowd also chanted JUSTICE, JUSTICE, JUSTICE.

"We are happy that the terrorism is over with," said a member who didn't wish to be identified. "We are continuing to get justice for the victims who lost their lives."

RUFUS - During James Ronaldson's trial, investigators revealed that the Nationalist House's perimeter fence malfunctioned allowing Ronaldson to enter the property, and place the bombs.

"According to findings, the East fence of the Nationalist House's perimeter fence experienced a short circuit which allowed the gate to be manually opened," said Lead Investigator Logan Reid. "We are looking into what caused the malfunction but know that is how Ronaldson obtained access."

The Nationalist House Safety Director Kevin Laten says that his team will work to resolve any circuitry issues that may arise. He also says that he will be reviewing the circuit system used in the fence.

Ronaldson is also expected to be in court next week to face his sentence, which is said to be laid out by Judge Roswell.

RUFUS - This will be the last week of testimony, and next week Judge Bradin Roswell is expected to sentence Ronaldson. During the trial this week, Ronaldson admitted to placing the bombs at the Product Mart Store but said that the Governor's Mansion bombing was unrelated.

"Mr. Ronaldson admitted to placing the bomb at the Product Mart Store that killed 9 people," said Prosecutor Richard Herschberger. "we plan on charging Ronaldson with felony murder and will likely request a 150 year sentence for Ronaldson."

The Prosecution said that it will no longer seek the death penalty, but says that if it so chooses, the Federal Government can continue to seek the death penalty.

Judge Roswell will hand out a sentence for sure next week.

RUFUS - Judge Bradin Roswell has found James Ronaldson guilty of the bombing that destroyed a part of the Nationalist House, luckily resulting in no injuries or fatalties. According to both sides, they claimed that Mr. Ronaldson did intend to harm President McCallum and Vice President Banks and several other high ranking officials who were scheduled to be at the building at the time of the bombing.

Prosecutors need to explain why evidence connects the Nationalist House bombing and both the Product Mart and Mesa's Governor's Mansion bombing which in total killed 11 people. The trial which started on Monday July 25, 2022, and has been ongoing will seek the death penalty for the terroristic bombings.

President McCallum has expressed support for the death penalty. He also has remained nuetral on the judicial process and says that only a fair trial will produce the foundation for the death penalty.

RUFUS - Day three of James Ronaldson's trial concluded. During the trial he was cross examined for a second day by the Prosecution. During questioning, Ronaldson was asked if he had any accomplices, he denied that any accomplices were present during the Nationalist House, Product Mart, and Mesa Governor's Mansion bombings.

He said the only bombing he took part in was the the Nationalist House, and said the other bombings were perpetrated by individuals hell bent on throwing him to the wolves. He said that he never intended to kill anyone from the beginning and said the Nationalist House bombing was a political statement.

He said that he was planning to hide out after the Nationalist House bombing and said he never perpetrated the second and third bombings the subsequenty killed a total of 11 people.

On Monday, Ronaldson's defense team is expected to question Ronaldson on the events of July 15, 2022, July 21, 2022, and July 23, 2022. He is expected to be in court everyday after that except the weekends.

NEWS 28 - On Monday, James Ronaldson will be in court for his first full week of testimony and continued cross examinations. The trial which is seeking to convict Ronaldson of 11 counts of Felony Murder, 25 counts of attempted assassination against a government official and conspiracy to commit terrorism and Terrorism.

Cross examination will continue tomorrow, Friday July 29, 2022 and will continue on Monday. The cross examination currently is proving investigators right currently, but shifts in evidence could potentially shift in favor of Ronaldson. At this point spectators want to have an answer before September.

According to financial reports, and records, the investigation and resource cost of find Ronaldson has totaled a whopping J 950.6 Million, which is a substantial amount to spend on an invetigation.

RUFUS - James Ronaldson will be in court again this afternoon amid his ongoing legal battle to dissprove that he isn't a terrorist. According to Prosecutors, he will be able to give testimony today, and the prosecution plans to aggressively cross exam Ronaldson.

Ronaldson is facing 2 consecutive life sentences and the potential for facing the death penalty, which is the likelier of the two. During the trial, the Defense will likely to discredit evidence against Ronaldson, but a potential for retrial may arise later down the road if the evidence against him is deemed inadmissible.

Ronaldson is likely to plead not guilty to all counts against him, or will have a reduced sentence imposed as person J.S.C 205, s.s 49 adn J.S.C 205, s.s 50 & 51. He will also likely appeal any sentence imposed on him by the State of New Shire, and Mesa(should Mesa decide to press charges against Ronaldson.

"The court expects for this case to be prolonged by either the Prosecution or by Ronaldson's attempts to appeal any convictions or senteces," said Lana McDonald, a legal process expert. "Ronaldson will most likely never see deathrow, but there is a very good chance that he will receive 2 life sentences which are approximately 150 years each. He would most likely be sentenced to 300 years which is the more probable option."

Ronaldson will arrive to court from his Prison cell this afternoon. He will be heavily guarded as he is a likely target for an assassination plot.

NEW SHIRE FIRST CIRCUIT - Testimony is well underway for suspected bomber James Ronaldson, who is facing charges of domestic terrorism, felony murder, unauthorized use of an explosive device, unauthorized used of an explosive device which resulted in the serious injury and/or substantial loss of life. If convicted he is facing upto 2 life sentences in prison. Judge Bradin Roswell is the presiding judge.

During day one the trial, which could last for over 6 weeks, James Ronaldson's defense team presented evidence that would prove his innocence. Both the defense and prosecution will present their opening statements, with the defense presenting their opening statements first with the Prosecution being expected to present the court with it's opening statements at 2:00 PM.

According to sources close to James Ronaldson, his bombings were perpetrated by a former teacher who didn't like him in High School. Ronaldson also claimed that the bombings were not perpetrated by him as the evidence siezed by federal agents, were purportedly placed in his home by a third party.

The prosecution submitted evidence that proves this statement to be false, citing that "in an attempt to evade capture, a note was written to his fellow bombing partners, which requested that all documents be burned if he were to be captured and that any documents that were siezed, be made to appear as falsified and placed there to make it appear as though another person tried to get Ronaldson caught."

The defense said that it plans to prove prosecutors wrong. It presented several pieces of evidence that were submitted to both the prosecution and the court to be disclosed under documents of the trial.

Day one is expected to conclude at 5:00 PM, and day two will begin on Wednesday. Day two of the trial will begin the prosecutions examination of Mr. Ronaldson and his mental state during the Nationalist House bombing and determine whether Ronaldson is connected to the Product Mart and Mesa Governor's Mansion bombings.

RUFUS - Early this morning, President McCallum was notified that a pardon request was formally submitted by James Ronaldson, a suspected terrorist and convicted felon. President McCallum, who is in the UK to speak with members of the House of Commons, The Queen and Prime Minister Borris Johnson, was notified by Press Secretary Lynn Rodgers a little after 11:00 AM.

"Mr. President, James Ronaldson, has recently requested a pardon from you, what is your thought on the request, will you grant him a pardon, and what does it mean for the Nation if you decided to not pardon him?" asked an English Reporter.

"First and foremost, I think it is actually ridiculous that Ronaldson would even attempt to ask for a Pardon," said President McCallum. "and to be asked for a pardon, and granted under the circumstances, is an ill regard for your duties as President Of The United States Of Jesstopia. I promise the Jesstopian people, I WILL NOT pardon Mr. Ronaldson."

President McCallum said that he takes terrorism very seriously and the duties of President that accompany his role in the take down of terrorists. President McCallum event tweeted that he would not receive a pardon ever from him. He issued that Ronaldson will become a convicted terrorist and his actions should not be forgiven.

RUFUS - Suspected Nationalist House, Product Mart Store and Mesa Governor's Mansion Bomber James Ronaldson is expected to be in court this afternoon, where he will plead his case. Evidence against him was submitted to the court an hour ago, and will be reviewed by Judge Bradin Roswell and testimony will begin on Wednesday.

Ronaldson was identified as the bomber who collapsed part of the Nationalist House wall, and severely injured several employees inside. The trial is expected to sentence Ronaldson by the end of it. The trial will also seek to determine if the death penalty will be introduced.

The trial is scheduled to begin at noon today. Ronaldson is still cut off from contacting the outside and any person he may know. The State of New Shire also plans on pressing charges as well as the State of Mesa, and North Lorray.

Ronaldson if convicted, could face either 2 life sentences or the death penalty. He will also have a chance to appeal his sentence if ordered to death. Ronaldson's legal team is planning to appeal the sentence if sentenced to the death penalty.

Substantial evidence exists against Ronaldson, and federal Prosecutors expect to convict Ronaldson of domestic terrorism and felony murder(10 counts). Judge Roswell says that he will be unbiased and will look at the facts regardless of what was done.

RUFUS - Federal Agents are currently requesting a judge to block James Ronaldson from making phone calls, as they believe this is how he is carrying out an attack on a Product Mart Store which killed 9 people.

"We are asking that a federal judge signs a cease outside contact order on James Ronaldson," says FCIS Director Paul Dalton. "This will drastically reduce his outside influence and if investigators find that Ronaldson was the man who ordered the attack, the Feds will seek the death penalty for the deaths of 9 people."

Prosecutors are already pushing for the death penalty, but say they need substantial evidence to be able to even approve a trial to determine his eligibility for the death penalty.

Many Jesstopians say that if they could, they would kill Ronaldson themselves. They say that if given the opportunity, they said that they would pull the trigger.

The judge says that they would have to prove that his phone calls are actually a contributing factor to the bombing, and prove without a reasonable doubt that the phone calls are being used to order the detonations.

RUFUS - Suspected Nationalist House Bombing Suspect James Ronaldson to be in a federal court on Monday to face charges of domestic terrorism and plotting to assassinate a Government official where he will likely face 25 counts.

Ronaldson, was arrested yesterday after surrendering to New Shire State Troopers. He barricaded himself in a North Point Dwelling for more than 10 hours. He finally surrendered and was given food and water by the State Police after being taken into custody.

The federal court will set an official trial and will seek a life sentence and will also seek fines of up J 250 Million for permanent repairs of the Nationalist House. He is scheduled to be in court on Monday and will return back to court on Wednesday of next week.

He will be held in a federal prison for the duration of his trial. He is likely to die in prison according to prosecutors. He is seeking to appeal his sentence and if successful will sue the State of New Shire and the Federal Government.

The New Shire State 1st Circuit Court is seeking to press its own charges and sentence him to an additional life sentence. They are hoping that the federal court Judge will support New Shire, and the State Government says it is thinking that the Judge will agree.

NEWS 28 - Days after James Ronaldson was identified as the Nationalist House bomber, a warrant was signed for his arrest. About 2 days after the warrant was signed, New Shire State Police cornered Ronaldson in a dwelling in North Point.

"The New Shire State Police has done an incredible job at finding and apprehending Mr. Ronaldson," said Gov. Cooke. "We are very pleased to have Ronaldson in custody and can reassure the public that they are much safer now that Ronaldson is federal custody."

The State had worked with Federal Investigators since the day the bombing ocurred and help oversee the capture of James Ronaldson, who was the number one suspect after an email was sent to Vice President Richard Banks.

Federal Investigators say that they are working to prosecute Ronaldson, but now that he is in custody, they are hoping to get his associates in custody. They are planning to start a large scale terrorist round up. They are planning on pinning the bombing on Ronaldson, two of his associates and 3 outside partners.

The Government says that it will launch a Anti Terrorism Task Force to aid agents in the apprehension of these individuals.

With Ronaldson in custody, it will allow the Feds to gain access to larger terrorist networks and this in turn will allow the Government to prevent future attacks on the United States Of Jesstopia.

RUFUS - At 9:30 PM, New Shire State Police announced that James Ronaldson surrendered peacefully to law enforcement. He was taken into custody and will be interrogated into the reason he decided to bomb the Nationalist House on July 15, 2022.

"We are grateful and relieved that we have James Ronaldson in custody," said Commissioner Lorenzo. "our communities are safer because our troopers worked hard to negotiate all day with Ronaldson. Kudos to these troopers."

Lorenzo also expressed gratitude with the Federal Agents who enabled the State Police to join in on the investigation and expressed thanks to the citizens for being patient while they conducted a thorough investigation.

The feds are expected to be speaking with James Ronaldson and plan on charging him with federal terrorism charges and will seek a life sentence.

ALDEN - Governor Kirk Paul signed an executive early this afternoon issuing a directive at the State, County and Local law enforcement agencies to assist the FCIS and New Shire State Police in searching for and if possible apprehending James Ronaldson, who is wanted for bombing the Nationalist House, injuring multiple federal officials.

The New Shire State Police and FCIS are asking all 13 States to aid in apprehending Mr. Ronaldson on the pretense that Ronaldson is a severe safety and National Security risk to the United States Of Jesstopia.

Mesa says it will continue to aid New Shire and the Feds until the moment Ronaldson is brought to justice. It says it will ramp up police efforts and ensure that residents remain safe, during the period in which Ronaldson is free.

North Lorray says it will also aid in the apprehension by introducing restrictions, establishing State border checkpoints and give notice to air and ground transportation organizations.

Acacia says that it would not aid in the apprehension, but says it will notify the Feds of his whereabouts. The State is also not likely to spend funding for the apprehension.

The feds have issued concerns for future bombings or attacks and says that it needs to full cooperation of all state governments to bring Ronaldson to justice and ensure that the national security remains intact.

RUFUS - The Federal Crimes Investigation Service has officially identified Ronaldson as the sole bombing suspect, but say that there are others who helped orchestrate the bombing.

The New Shire State Police say that they will ramp up car inspections to ensure that Ronaldson can't leave the State and that he faces trial for his crimes. They said that they plan on fully shutting down the State's borders.

"While we for sure know who bombed the Nationalist House, we are concerned about not knowing who helped plan the bombing." said President McCallum. "It really concerns me that we have the bomber in our scope, but don't know who his accomplices are."

The Federal Crimes Investigative Service says that they will deploy undercover agents to find these individuals. Once they get a hold of Ronaldson, they say that they will be able to access his manifesto, and plan on executing several search warrants of Ronaldson's family and friends.

No further details have been provided and the Government says that it will stop corresponding with the Press until Ronaldson is captured. It says it will stop its daily announcements.

RUFUS - Vice President Richard Banks recently received a threatening message through an email. In the email, it asks why he decided to run for President and that he sucks as the Vice President. It also says that he should never have missed with the bombing of the Nationalist House.

"What is the reason you are running for President. You suck as the Vice President and don't deserve the job. I should have never missed the bombing of the Nationalist House."

The message was left on the Vice President's Jesstopia.org Website and was left by James Ronaldson. Investigators are currently looking into James Ronaldson and may seek an arrest warrant and potentially search warrants for the emails and other online assets.

The federal government plans on subpoenaing emails for the email account of James Ronaldson and other online assets. It will also seek to find a home address to James Ronaldson.

Ronaldson, who is 50 years old is a known to threaten politicians of the Nationalist Party, as he did in 1995 when he threatened Jessy The Great II stating that he hopes the King dies a traitors death.
