RUFUS - On Saturday, Product Mart Stores Inc, the parent company of Product Mart Inc, announced that outgoing CEO Ronald Chlabowy will be succeeded by Product Mart Chief Operations Office Mark Garlow who will become the 6th CEO Of Product Mart.

The company announced early on Saturday morning that Garlow had been selected to serve in the role, and that he was chosen for his "ability to adapt and develop based on the needs of the company as a whole." Product Mart's board of directors issued that Garlow would serve for a term of 5 years with contract extensions possible, meaning that Garlow will serve until 2030 with the possibility to extend his contract.

"We are so pleased to announce Garlow as our next Chief Executive Officer of this incredible brand," said CEO Ronald Chlabowy. "He will continue to accomplish great things when he succeeds me in October. This company has grown exponentially under his leadership as COO, and he will be empowered to do so much more. I look forward to working with him on creating a stronger and better Product Mart for our customers and associates as a whole."

Garlow was not available for comment but his office said that he was ready to take on the responsibility and was honored to be able to serve in the role as the company's 6th Chief Executive Officer.
