RUFUS - New Shire Governor Lynn Rodgers has announced that she is seeking reelection to the Governor's office in 2026, one of the first governor's to announce they are seeking reelection. She announced her intentions to seek another term in office just months shy of her year mark in office.

"I know there is much more to be done, and I know that together, here, we can accomplish anything that we put our mind to," said Governor Lynn Rodgers. "We have so much potential to be the strongest most independent state of our fellow 12 states. We must continue our mission to provide programs that benefit the underserved, economy that works for all New Shirens, and to help curb illegal immigration to prevent the safety of our beautiful state. That is why I am announcing right now, my intention to seek reelection as the 45th Governor Of New Shire."
She is set to address her supporters in Towton County on Thursday where she will discuss her plans to further the economic progress her administration has made, and the jobs she created with the help of the New Shire people.
