NEWS 28 - President Jay Laylin is pushing ahead with his anti-trans policies and ensuring that the transgender ideology is not allowed to be taught in schools across Jesstopia. He signed an executive order establishing criminal penalties for any teacher or educator who are reported for teaching transgender ideology in their classrooms as well as daycare and other child care programs.
The president said that he was not done combating the transgender madness that has been allowed to run wild under the last two presidential administrations. He says that he will continue to fight these ideals, and will protect the nation's kids at any cost.
"For far too long, we've allowed the transgender ideology to silence the majority of Jesstopians who believe in two genders. Students are being subjected to trans ideology in their classrooms, and they have felt powerless to do anything about," said President Jay Laylin in a statement posted on the Nationalist House website. "Today, I am making this a federal offense, to promote, teach or discuss transgender ideology. I hereby recognize that Jesstopia only has two genders and recognizes the only genders to be true are male and female, which are assigned at birth. This executive order will criminally hold to account, teachers who continue to choose to spread falsehoods that a person can be a gender other than they are born with. Students are actively advised to report teachers who choose to teach these topics in schools, by visiting the official report form which can be found at nh.jesstopia.org/transtalkreport. We must end the transgender madness altogether. That is what I campaign promised, and that is what I will continue to do."
The president is receive harsh criticism for members of Congress and is receiving harsh backlash from former President John McCallum, who calls his executive "a violation of rights of people of the transgender community. The president's executive is already receiving backlash, and the courts are looking at the constitutionality of the orders.
"The president is becoming a dictator if he thinks he can prevent free speech, regardless of subject matter," said former President John McCallum. "Jesstopian have the right to express themselves however they want and can, speak on the transgender ideology if they want. A president can't simply stroke his pen and criminalize free speech. Congress should intervene and if they don't the Supreme Court needs to."
Anti-transgender groups and parents have praised the move as they say the president "needs to prevent this madness," and that the government has a responsibility to "protect women and children from being targeting by transgender people claiming to be female to use the restrooms as women and girls."
"I think criminalizing these crazies from teaching this bullshit to our children is so important," said a anti-transgender parent. "Our children should not be taught this crap. If you want to be trans, fine, but don't push it on us or our children. Way to go President Laylin. This is what we voted for, and he is delivering on his campaign promises to prevent this crap from going any further."
