NEWS 28 - North Lorray Governor Linda Lee has announced that she is seeking a third term as North Lorray's Governor. She said that she wanted to "continue working on programs that benefit the entire population of the state, fight corruption and ensure state-wide security."
Linda Lee is currently serving her second term, after being elected the first female Governor in 2022. She has made instrumental progress towards ensuring more qualified women are in the workforce. She also has worked to established safety throughout the state of North Lorray, especially ramping up law enforcement hiring after the Nox City bombing of a Product Mart store back in 2022. She isn't likely to face much challenge from fellow Nationalists, but Republicans could be her biggest threat. Republicans gained four Governor's offices during the 2024 Gubernatorial elections.
"We have worked so hard the last three years to provide more programs for the under served, provide more protection for the people of North Lorray, and addressing the housing crisis within the State," said Governor Linda Lee. "There is so much more work to be done, and with that we can all accomplish more. That is why I am officially announcing that I am seeking reelection, and election to the first four year term. We must continue to work hard for those who can't help themselves. Support us at campaigns.jesstopia.org/campaigns/lee-for-governor-2026. We can't afford to have a Republican lead this state. Let's get another term in office for the betterment of our state."
