RUFUS - A Rufus County Federal Court judge has just dismissed a lawsuit against the Federal Elections Board, by a Pro-LGBTQ organization that was seeking to have the results of the 2024 Presidential Election recounted. 8th Circuit Court Judge Mitchell Lamb, said that the case was "unfounded and warranted a dismissal with prejudice."
The 8th Circuit Court, had held a closed door court hearing, and the evidence that suggested that the election results were rushed, and voter and electoral fraud played a part, were disproven, and the judge quickly dismissed the case. Judge Lamb issued the following statement.
"It is the decision of this court to dismiss this case, and the lawsuit with prejudice, in finding that the claims by the Plaintiff's in this case, have no sound basis, and evidence suggests the contrary to their claims," said Judge Mitchell Lamb. "This case sheds light on an agenda by you, the plaintiffs, looking to overturn election results in favor a specific candidate and that can't happen. I also find it interesting that you brought this suit up, because any election that has been called later than the 2-3 days, has brough cases to court citing the withholding of electoral results. This election was fair, and the results are valid and I find that you claim doesn't substantiate any final compensation. The Federal Elections Board has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that it did everything right to ensure the election results were recorded and reported fairly."
The court also found that all 13 states certified their election results within the laws and regulations of the states in which these election results were called. New Shire says that this was the most secured election it has ever seen.
Jay Laylin will still be the next President Of The United States Of Jesstopia, and will be sworn in on November 16, 2024. The court found that the claims of widespread voter and electoral fraud to be "insane" and "unfounded." The court said that the processes to certify election results were followed to the specifications and laws and regulations of the states.
