Governor Joshua Adamson will keep his job as he wins the 2024 Mesa Gubernatorial Election.
NEWS 28 - Incumbent Mesa Governor Joshua Adamson wins his first full term in office with a vote total of 270 to Joseph Cooke's 200. Governor Adamson says that he will carry on working to reject the transgender ideology, and said that he would work to restore "traditional family values," in the state.
"I am beyond grateful for the chance to continue to serve as this great state's Governor," said an enthusiastic Governor Adamson. "We still have so much to accomplish and I will continue to work for the hardworking people of this state, end the madness that is the LGBTQ expectations. We will move our economy further, and ensure housing continues to be affordable."
Adamson defeated Joseph Cooke by just 70 Vote Bank Points. Both men have spoken to each other, with Cooke conceding the election to Adamson. According to Governor Adamson, Cooke was "gracious," "kind," in his concession.
"I just received a phone call from Joseph Cooke, and he graciously and kindly congratulated me on my win," continued Governor Adamson. "He wished me a successful first full term, and said he hoped to be able to work together in the future, as he continues to seek other offices, now that he has been defeated."
