ALDEN - Voters in Mesa only have less than an hour to vote during the 2024 Mesa Gubernatorial Elections before polls close at 7:00 PM. If you still need to vote, head to your polling place now, or you may not be able to vote this election.
The elections are operating on limited time frames this year, due to the strain of the Presidential elections that just ended, and will allow vote counts to begin as soon as polls close. The Federal Elections Board put pressure on the state to try and have all votes counted before Saturday night. The state says it will try to get the results cranked out.
If you need to vote, you will need to be in line before 7:00 PM to ensure you can vote during the Mesa general election. If you need an absentee ballot, unfortunately, it is now too late to get one. The deadline to request an absentee ballot was September 10, 2024.
Other questions or comments related to the election are being redirected to the proper channels but County Election Commissioners are asking that you call them with any questions. Call you county's election commissioner by finding it at MesaVotes.org.
