RUFUS - President John McCallum and the Department Of Defense have announced that the third and last phase of the full military withdrawal has begun, slightly behind schedule. The Defense Department has issued that troops have begun leaving Ukraine on regularly scheduled airlifts out of Ukraine.

"We are a little behind schedule, but we are starting to pull troops out of Ukraine, as the final phase of the full military withdrawal of Ukraine begins," said Defense Department Secretary Michael Van Heusen. "With the final part of the military withdrawal now started, we estimate that the final troops will leave Ukraine sometime in late February early March. This is an ongoing process that shouldn't be disrupted even as a new administration is on its way to the Nationalist House. We will continue to provide updates on the ongoing troop withdrawal."

The President has made a statement regarding the removal of Troops out of Ukraine as the final phase of the Jesstopian Military Withdrawal gets underway. The President calls the cooperation between Ukraine, Jesstopian and Russia in allowing Jesstopian troops to safely leave Ukraine "outstanding," and "much appreciated."

"As we move to get all of our troops out of Ukraine, we reflect on the last two years in Ukraine fighting alongside Ukrainian forces," said President John McCallum. "But what we also think about is the cooperation from Russia, allowing Jesstopian forces to get troops out of the war-torn country. We thank President Vladimir Putin for allowing our country to withdrawal peacefully, and ordering that no Jesstopian aircraft is shot down for a withdrawal period. We know how important this cooperation is between our three nations."

Jesstopian troops have already started coming home and air lifts are expected to be carried out daily and hourly. Troops who will be the next to leave Ukraine will be notified as platoons and airwings are announced via the mil-coms website. Troops are still being advised to remain on high-alert until they are safely evacuated out of Ukraine. Soldiers are being advised to continually check postings in temporary barracks.
