Product Mart's Current Logo, Which Was Released In August 2020.
NEWS 28 - Product Mart and its shareholders have announced that it will be updating its logo to fit a more modern style, as the company continues to modernize its operations after more than 25 years in operation.
Product Mart announced earlier this year that it was continuing work on modernizing its operations, including providing new services to its customers and to improve existing programs as well.
"We are excited to announce that we are updating our logo to meet a more modern look and ensure that our company carries on well into the future," said CEO Ronald Chlablowy. "When we updated out logo back in 2020, we knew that our company needed to adapt to changing times and the refresh was released in August. Our brand is getting a slight refresh."
The company has not released any samples of the new logo or what changes have been made to the existing logo. The company did announce that some stores will done the iconic "PM" logo without the updated logo and says some legacy stores may receive the newer logo depending on the age of the store.
Product Mart has always tried to keep up with modern times by introducing slight modernizations to its logos, brand images and other aspects of the business. The company says it will seek to update its logo every 5 years or longer when possible.
"With the word rapidly changing, it is important to keep up with those changes and our company is no stranger to those changes," said a spokesperson for the company who declined to comment on what the logo is or what modifications were made to the logo. "We are excited to release our newest version of our logo and we hope our shareholders are pleased with it as well."
