NEWS 28 - The search for Product Mart Chief Executive Officer Ronald Chlabowy's replacement is on. Several prominent figures within the company are vying for his job. The company has announced that it was working on establishing a hiring committee.

"It takes months to sometimes years to find a sound and strong candidate to take over as a Business Executive, and now that we have a timeline on when Chlabowy will step down from his role as Product Mart's CEO, to replace Product Mart Stores Inc's Henry Burton," said Lacey Wilkinson, director of Product Mart's Inc hiring counsel. "We can focus all of our attention seeking a quality replacement. Our hiring standards, conform with the standards of our investors and our board of directors as well as our company's policies."

Chlabowy has led Product Mart since October 1, 2021. He has been an effective leader and has helped, heavily overhauled company policies that were detrimental to the brand and even reformed several programs that were available to company associates. So the company is hoping to find a quality candidate that will uphold Chlabowy's leadership style and quality.

Candidates have already provided their names and the board is just awaiting the establishment of the hiring counsel, which will begin the search process.

"It will be very hard to replace someone like Ronald Chlabowy who has shown real change within the company, and has reformed our company to make it a better place to work," continued Wilkinson. "If we can find someone just like Chlabowy than I would not be so concerned about the long searching process. It would make our decision so much easier and quicker."
