NEWS 28 - President McCallum accuser Lillian Marque's sexual assault claims have been dismissed by the Senate Ethics Committee after he claims were called "baseless."
Lillian Marque who was one of the first accusers to bring a lawsuit against the President back on November 17, 2022, has expressed extreme anger but says the courts and lawyers say she has no case if she tries to bring it to a civil court.
"It is a very big disappointment that my suit was dropped, and I am disgusted that the Senate Ethics Committee called my assault, baseless," said Marque. "My lawyers however say I have no case in a civil case and so did another judge."
The Senate Ethics Committee is entering day four of the McCallum trial this morning and will seek to separate valid evidence from invalid and inadmissible evidence, as day three of evidence presentation begins.
