RUFUS - With less than a week to go before the start of President McCallum's Sexual Assault trial, evidence that has been collected since November 17, 2022, is being formally entered into the final evidence that will be used during the trial.
"We are working with our agents to ensure the Senate Ethics Committee has all evidence that it will need during that proceedings to ensure a fair trial for President McCallum," said FCIS Director Maples. "We will continue to submit all collected evidence to the Committee, but evidence that was obtained illegally, or evidence collected prior to my assumption of leadership at the FCIS, will be thrown away as unusable evidence. Evidence submitted by Paul Dalton's agents to the Senate Ethics Committee will qualify as fair evidence."
The trial will begin at 9 AM on January 11, 2023, and will start out with opening arguments with both sides arguing their points. President McCallum isn't scheduled to appear before the committee until January 25, 2023. He will continue his duties.
