RUFUS - Early this morning Vice President Richard Banks submitted his Letter Of Resignation To Congress and President McCallum. He submitted his resignation at 6 this morning and his resignation takes effect immediately.

"Early this morning, Vice President Richard Banks announced that he would be resigning as Vice President Of The United States Of Jesstopia," tweeted President McCallum. "...the resignation takes effect immediately and a replacement VP will be selected at noon today."

Vice President Banks didn't have any comment regarding his decision to resign, but says that Democracy must continue to prosper.

No further information has been released regarding his resignation, other than he resigned amid allegations of Sexual Misconduct and Abuse.
