RUFUS - Suspected Nationalist House Bombing Suspect James Ronaldson to be in a federal court on Monday to face charges of domestic terrorism and plotting to assassinate a Government official where he will likely face 25 counts.
Ronaldson, was arrested yesterday after surrendering to New Shire State Troopers. He barricaded himself in a North Point Dwelling for more than 10 hours. He finally surrendered and was given food and water by the State Police after being taken into custody.
The federal court will set an official trial and will seek a life sentence and will also seek fines of up J 250 Million for permanent repairs of the Nationalist House. He is scheduled to be in court on Monday and will return back to court on Wednesday of next week.
He will be held in a federal prison for the duration of his trial. He is likely to die in prison according to prosecutors. He is seeking to appeal his sentence and if successful will sue the State of New Shire and the Federal Government.
The New Shire State 1st Circuit Court is seeking to press its own charges and sentence him to an additional life sentence. They are hoping that the federal court Judge will support New Shire, and the State Government says it is thinking that the Judge will agree.
