RUFUS - As of 7:00 AM, on June 28, 2022, Vice President Richard Banks was sworn in as acting President Of The United States Of Jesstopia. Banks who will serve as President has made several remarks about his assumption of Presidential duties. He also described what it was like to make history, becoming the second person to become acting President of the United States Of Jesstopia.

"I am honored to serve as acting President of this great Nation." said Pres. Banks. "We will continue to move President McCallum's agenda forward while he recovers from his chemo treatments. I will be addressing the Senate this afternoon and going over my roles and various duties I will conduct during these next few days."

Banks will address Congress for the first time as Acting President. According to the Nationalist House, he will continue to work from his Vice Presidential Office.
