RUFUS - Tomorrow, President McCallum will hand the reigns of the Nation to Vice President Richard Banks temporarily, as he undergoes his first round of chemotherapy treatment.

Banks who has served as the Vice President Of The United States Of Jesstopia since November 29, 2020, will see his first act as President. Both Houses Of Congress has voted to approve his role as President for a length of 5 days, less if President McCallum deems himself ready to return to the Job.

According to a report filed by the Nationalist House, President McCallum's Chemo Treatment plan will consist of chemo treatments every month. He is currently in Stage one bone cancer, but doctors believe that after a few months of chemo treatment, President McCallum will begin his time in remission.

The Nationalist House is preparing for Banks to take over as acting President for 5 days, and is preparing to have legislation ready for VP Banks to sign. Banks has not made any comment otherwise specifying that he would not take on the duties of President.

"I am ready to act on behalf of the Nation as its acting President. I pray for a speedy recovery for President McCallum." said Banks. "We will keep in constant contact, and I will communicate all actions with President McCallum."

Banks will take over as the acting President starting at 7:00 AM, being sworn in as acting President at 6:55 AM.
