RUFUS - A judge last week indicted former New Shire Lt. Governor Gary Rodgers on charges of Sexual Harrassment and Sexual Misconduct. The judge also issued Rodgers fines of J 4.6 Million, to the victims of his harrassment.

"We must hold our leaders to a higher standard." said Judge Tony Magglianno. "We must ensure that abuse of power is quickly addressed and contained."

The Judge also issued an indictment and has ordered the immediate suspension of Rodger's right to campaign for elected office for 5 years. He is expected to review his suspension in 5 years.

"We will not tolerate abuse of a public official in the office in which they were elected to nor appointed to. We will continue to hold these folks accountable." said the Judge.
